When you use the At Your Service online service and click Make Payment, you will get a prompt advising you’re about to enter a secure location. When you click yes, you will also see the “lock” icon at the bottom of the page signifying a secured site. All payments transactions are encrypted at each step under industry standard methods. City of Vancouver data is secured using industry standard methods to protect from any unauthorized access. The City of Vancouver does not retain credit card or checking account numbers for payments made through the Internet nor will it do so for the future Automated Voice Response telephone system.
