Payments for City of Vancouver utilities accounts are due 15 days after the bill date shown on your statement. To avoid any late fees, please pay the amount due by the due date.
If you are experiencing temporary difficulties in paying your bill, please contact the City of Vancouver's Utilities Services at 360-487-7999 at your earliest convenience and speak to a customer service representative. Payment arrangements cannot be made by e-mail or through this web site at this time.
If you have an approved payment arrangement, you MUST continue to pay the scheduled installments according to your agreement. The payments you make will be credited toward your utilities account. However, details of the payment schedule will not appear in the account information provided by the City of Vancouver's online or telephone systems. Failure to follow the agreed payment schedule may result in termination of your arrangement and risk additional penalties and disconnection.
